Duration: 6 Weeks | Self-Paced
For: Beginners, parents, educators, aspiring coaches

This foundational training teaches you how ADHD works from the inside out — behaviourally, emotionally, neurologically, and socially.

You’ll learn:

• how the ADHD brain processes information

• executive function, motivation & time-blindness

• how ADHD affects relationships, work, identity & emotion

• supportive communication and basic coaching techniques

A solid foundation in ADHD + eligibility for professional training levels.

LEVEL 2 — Certified ADHD Practitioner (ADHD-C)

Coach ADHD clients professionally using ADHD-specific tools and frameworks.

Duration: 10 Weeks
For: Coaches, therapists, SEN staff, mentors, HR teams

This is the professional coaching certification.
You’ll learn the complete ADHD Coaching Model™, emotional regulation strategies, and how to run real ADHD coaching sessions.

You’ll learn:

• ADHD-friendly coaching frameworks

• helping clients with overwhelm, RSD & emotional spirals

• focus, time, productivity & motivation systems

• session structure, accountability & support

LEVEL 3 — ADHD Master Practitioner (ADHD-MP)

Master advanced ADHD coaching, complex cases & high-level behavioural change.

You will explore advanced emotional patterns, identity-level coaching, and complex ADHD combinations (trauma layering, anxiety pairing, dysregulation cycles).

Teach and certify others at the Associate & Practitioner levels.

Duration: 10–12 Weeks
For: Master Practitioners ready to train others

This training prepares you to teach ADHD Real programs to groups, teams, or your own student cohorts.

You’ll learn:

• how to teach ADHD knowledge professionally

• group training & classroom management

• instructional design & curriculum flow

• demonstration skills & live coaching application

• running assessments, case study evaluations & certification reviews

• iGPPA training standards & ethical teaching practice

You can teach and certify Associate ADHD Practitioners and Certified ADHD Practitioners under licence.

LEVEL 5 — ADHD Master Trainer Certification

The highest level of ADHD professional education.

Duration: 12–20 Weeks
For: Trainers who want to lead the field

This is the elite tier, designed for professionals who want to run full academies, mentor other coaches, create original ADHD Real content, and represent the brand internationally.

You’ll learn:

• advanced curriculum design & educational leadership

• supervising practitioners & trainers
